Job Position: Temporary Executive Assistant

Our client is an Austin-based specialty equipment finance company that provides a one-stop solution for capital equipment financing, offering flexible funding through a diverse network of lenders to serve businesses with both traditional and nontraditional credit profiles.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
-Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for executives.
-Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
-Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
-Property management support for CEO: vendor coordination, scheduling maintenance, tracking invoices, etc.
-An element of personal assisting will be critical to do well in this role.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Must be an EXCELLENT problem solver.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
-Familiarity with travel planning and basic event coordination is a plus.
