Temporary Associate
Job Description
We are looking to add more Temporary Associates to our team! Temporary Associates provide flexible support across a variety of client sites and assignments. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, adapting to new environments, and providing excellent service in diverse settings. Assignments may include hosting model homes, working at concierge or reception desks, performing light administrative work, or assisting with light warehouse or event support tasks (any many more!). This work is as needed and will have a varied schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the assignment, some duties may include:

Concierge / Reception:

Serve as the first point of contact for guests, residents, or customers.

Manage phone calls, messages, and visitor check-ins.

Provide general information and handle basic administrative tasks.

Monitor and maintain security or access control logs when required.

Office / Administrative Support:
-
Perform data entry, filing, and document organization.
-
Assist with mail, deliveries, or basic scheduling tasks.

Light Warehouse / Event Support:

Assist with inventory organization, light lifting, or materials handling.

Support setup and breakdown for events or client installations.

Model Home Hosting:

Greet and assist visitors touring model homes.

Provide basic information about the property, builder, and community.

Maintain a clean, welcoming environment during open house hours.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and by phone.

Dependable, punctual, and able to adapt quickly to new environments.

Comfortable working independently or under general supervision.

Must be able to stand, walk, or perform light physical tasks as needed.

Flexible availability — may include evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
Work Environment & Schedule:

Assignments vary in length and location based on client needs.

May include indoor and outdoor work environments.

Schedules are typically provided in advance but may require short-notice or same day availability.
