We are seeking a motivated Temporary Appointment Setter to support their sales team by generating and scheduling qualified appointments. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads
-Engage potential customers and introduce company products/services
-Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
-Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure accurate calendar management
-Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
-Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or text as needed
-Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets
-Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred
-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and time management abilities
-Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
-Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
