Job Description
We're seeking an organized, energetic Office Administrator to keep our client's Austin office running smoothly and create a welcoming, productive environment. This on-site, temporary role has potential to convert to temp-to-hire and includes a mix of office management, executive support, and event coordination. The client is a high-energy, mission-driven team that values impact, excellence, teamwork, transparency, and care.
What You’ll Do

Office Operations: Manage supplies, mail, kitchen, and general organization.

Front Desk: Greet guests and vendors with professionalism.

Event Support: Plan internal events, offsites, and meetings.

New Hire Onboarding: Set up workspaces, equipment, and welcome logistics.

Recruiting Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage candidate logistics.

Admin Support: Calendar management, travel booking, and day-to-day tasks.

Tech Oversight: Ensure A/V and meeting spaces run smoothly.

Team Support: Anticipate needs and jump in wherever needed.
