Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are accepting applications for a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our temporary team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, provide excellent support to customers, and resolve inquiries or issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures

Assist customers with placing orders, billing inquiries, technical support, and other service-related issues

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed

Document all customer interactions accurately

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction scores)

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Previous customer service or call center experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
