Job Description

Overview:
We are accepting applications for a reliable and efficient Pick/Pack/Ship Specialist to join our temporary team. This role is essential to our day-to-day operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick items from inventory based on order lists or pick tickets

  • Pack and label items securely for shipping

  • Verify order accuracy and ensure quality standards are met

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Restock shelves and inventory as needed

  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

  • Use scanners, inventory systems, or basic warehouse equipment as needed

  • Assist with receiving shipments and other warehouse tasks when required

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience a plus, but not required

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (temperature may vary)
