We are seeking a highly professional individual who is persistent in their efforts to dazzle our customers with service, able to self-manage, and eager to work the hours necessary to succeed

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, databases, job fairs, and networking
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email, phone, and professional platforms
• Perform phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with staffing managers and candidates
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Support employer branding efforts and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
