Job Description

Are you a motivated Accountant who is a self starter and isn't afraid to ask questions? A telecommunications and logistics company is looking for a tenured Staff Accountant with at least 5 years of experience to join their team.
 

Duties:

  • Processing Credit Applications 
  • Posting AR customer Payment 
  • Collections 
  • Credit Hold 
  • Sorting/Filing
  • Mailing 
  • Reconciliation 
  • Payroll 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of exp
  • Sagemass 500 Pref but not required
  • Buisness to Buisness Exp
  • Excel
  • Paycom Payroll exp Preferred
  • Much be comfortable Contacting Clients for collections 
  • 10 Key by touch is a STRICT requirement (The ability to use the Number pad and do data entry without looking at the keyboard)
