A well-established commercial moving company is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Sales Assistant to support a successful and experienced sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple moving parts, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service from start to finish.
As the primary support partner to the sales team, you will help manage the client experience throughout the sales and project lifecycle. The right candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to delivering a smooth and professional customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative and client-facing activities.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, bid walks, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for client questions, updates, and support.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records within company systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Contribute to creating a "wow"experience that leads to long-term customer relationships and referrals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or account coordination experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role with frequent client interaction.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to think proactively and solve problems before they impact the client experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Professional, positive, and relationship-focused approach.
