Embroidery Machine Operator
Job Description
A Leander promotional products company is seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join their close-knit production team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, detail-focused work in a friendly and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Operate industrial embroidery machines, including Brother single-head and multi-head (8-color) machines
Set up designs, thread machines, run production, and ensure high-quality stitching
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
Assist with additional production tasks as needed, such as:
Pressing logos on apparel
Packing and shipping finished goods
Kitting promotional product orders
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently to meet production timelines

Job Requirements
Requirements
Prior experience operating industrial embroidery machines (Brother experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
