Residential Coordinator

A premier Fence & Deck company is seeking an energetic and highly organized individual to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all customer interactions, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online requests. You will play a critical role in qualifying leads, setting appointments, and ensuring sales routes are optimized for maximum efficiency. As the voice of the company, your exceptional communication and customer service skills will make a significant impact on both the company and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and online requests from potential customers.
• Qualify leads, gather necessary information, and set appointments for the sales team.
• Route sales appointments each day to the appropriate team members, ensuring that routes are geographically efficient.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
• Utilize the CRM system, Netsuite, to track leads, set appointments, and manage customer information.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience working in a team-oriented environment, collaborating closely with others.
