Our client is a consulting firm looking for a key addition to their recruiting team. Ideal person has 2-3 (up to 5) years experience doing full cycle recruiting (not senior and not a ‘headhunter’ level) with also some HR background/generalist type experience.
70% Recruiting - ATS system management, phone screens, interviews, etc. Will balance 25 - 30 requests at any given time.
Other HR responsibilities - employee development, workforce strategy, special projects.
Must be highly communicative, professional. Able to juggle priorities, lots of multitasking and coordination with several hiring managers.
2-3 year experience in a similar role
Must be flexible, humble, and teachable. Positive environment and wants to bring someone to their team that values the same culture of positivity.
