Receptionist
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, adaptable, and enthusiastic receptionist to join our fast-paced team! This position requires an individual who thrives in high-energy environments, has a positive attitude, and is ready to manage a variety of tasks. You will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, managing phone calls, greeting patrons, handling emails, and performing various office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, and greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Managing the general inbox, handling lost and found requests, and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Interacting with visitors and patrons, ensuring they receive excellent service, even in busy and high-pressure situations.
- Handling deliveries, keeping the lobby clear for guests, and ensuring all packages are safely processed.
- Applying critical thinking and common sense to address guest issues and escalate when necessary.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as managing schedules and helping with special projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to work under pressure and manage constant interruptions
- Physical ability to lift heavy deliveries as needed
