A commercial real estate company is seeking an experienced receptionist /office coordinator for their downtown office.
Duties Include:
- Ordering Supplies
- Scheduling
- Organizing
- Assisting with Event Coordination
- Sending and ordering gifts for their Investors
- Keeping Break room Tidy
- Greeting Guests
- Ordering and Stocking Supplies
- Sort Mail
- Receiving Packages
- Coordinating with Vendors
This role will start as basic reception, but will grow to include more responsibilities.
Job Requirements
1 - 5 years' experience in a similar role
Microsoft Office Product experience - Word, Excel, Outlook
Able to work independently and remain focused
