Description: Client Service | Account Management | Teller Operations
We are seeking a service-driven Personal Banker to serve in a dynamic, dual-function role that blends relationship banking with teller operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing transactions with accuracy, and building long-term financial relationships.
You will be a key part of the branch team delivering exceptional service, supporting daily operations, and contributing to overall branch success.
The ideal candidate is friendly, personable, customer focused with strong attention to detail.
What You ll Do
Relationship & Account Support
Open and service personal and business deposit accounts
Perform account updates and maintenance
Assist clients with debit card issuance, check orders, and digital banking enrollment
Educate customers on online and mobile banking tools
Process wire transfers and assist with debit card disputes and regulatory claims
Address account questions, research transactions, and resolve discrepancies
Promote and refer additional financial products and services based on client needs
Maintain thorough knowledge of available products, services, and procedures
Teller & Operational Responsibilities
Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently
Assist with daily balancing, cash handling, and branch audits
Support ATM balancing and vault management
Maintain dual-control procedures and required operational logs
Follow all compliance standards including CTR, SAR, and other regulatory requirements
Complete required compliance and security training
What You Bring
At least 1 year of cash handling or banking experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
A client-first mindset with the ability to build trust and lasting relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Strong organizational skills and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
Flexibility to work some Saturdays and travel between branch locations as needed
Preferred
2+ years of banking experience
Familiarity with core banking and teller systems
Knowledge of state and federal banking regulations
