Job Description
A great opportunity with a local law firm. This is an entry level position. Must have excellent Excel skills - Advanced Excel with Pivot tables, understand payroll, good with numbers.
The primary purpose of this position is to assist in processing payroll and serve as point of contact for managers, current/former employees and to assist with payroll related questions or issues. Must be a problem solver and detail oriented.
- Payroll Clerk with ADP and PCPW (software), some payroll experience preferred.
- General payroll knowledge
- Data entry
- Sort checks and bundle them to get out
- Enough understanding to interact with other offices to answer questions for them
Job Requirements
Must haves -
- Stable tenure
- Accounting skills
- A little HR is a plus
- Excel with pivot tables and vlookup
