Job Description

We are accepting applications for an Office Administrator to join our temporary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment and is comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits coordination, accounts receivable, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

  • Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness

  • Greet visitors and manage front door traffic professionally

  • Receive and distribute incoming packages and deliveries to employees

  • Monitor and restock office supplies as needed

  • Handle light physical tasks such as packing boxes, assembling kits, and stuffing envelopes (particularly in preparation for conferences and events)

Payroll & Benefits

  • Process payroll accurately and on time in coordination with our HR/payroll system

  • Assist with benefits administration, including new hire enrollments, changes, and general employee inquiries

Accounting Support

  • Manage accounts receivable, including following up on outstanding payments

  • Support invoicing processes by generating and tracking client invoices

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or similar support role

  • Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration

  • Basic understanding of AR and invoicing procedures

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel) and other common business software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with light physical tasks and occasional manual work (e.g., packing kits)
