Payroll Administrator/Office Manager
Job Description
We are accepting applications for an Office Administrator to join our temporary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment and is comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits coordination, accounts receivable, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration

Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness

Greet visitors and manage front door traffic professionally

Receive and distribute incoming packages and deliveries to employees

Monitor and restock office supplies as needed

Handle light physical tasks such as packing boxes, assembling kits, and stuffing envelopes (particularly in preparation for conferences and events)
Payroll & Benefits

Process payroll accurately and on time in coordination with our HR/payroll system

Assist with benefits administration, including new hire enrollments, changes, and general employee inquiries
Accounting Support

Manage accounts receivable, including following up on outstanding payments

Support invoicing processes by generating and tracking client invoices
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Proven experience in office administration or similar support role

Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration

Basic understanding of AR and invoicing procedures

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel) and other common business software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with light physical tasks and occasional manual work (e.g., packing kits)
