Part-Time Temporary Office Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional Temporary Office Assistant to help with light administrative tasks and general office support for our client's open enrollment period and through the holiday season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a quiet, focused work environment and takes pride in being detail-oriented and dependable. This is a Part-Time position, Monday-Friday 8AM to 12PM noon.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and direct them via the main switchboard

Prepare mailings, including stuffing and labeling envelopes

Alphabetize and organize physical files

Scan documents and ensure digital filing is accurate

Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
