Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing an office including related administrative tasks such as answering phones, working in Microsoft Office, filing, and other administrative tasks as required. Any accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus! You will be successful because you are a people person and a team player, ethical, highly organized, a creative problem-solver, adaptable, attentive, and hard-working.  We are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual who will build rapport with clients, consultants, and vendors in this important role that represents the company brand.  

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills, high level of accuracy, and keen attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite-Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ethical, dependable and professional
  • 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in an office setting 
  • Experience with professional services firm preferred
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience a plus!
