What You’ll Do:
Office & Administrative Support:

Organize, copy, and file records (digital & physical)

Operate office machines (copiers, scanners, etc.)

Maintain and update databases and filing systems

Keep the breakroom stocked and handle office supply orders
Scheduling & Coordination:

Manage company and team calendars
-
Oversee and coordinate food deliveries for group meetings
Basic Accounting Tasks:

Assist with billing, invoicing, and lien waivers
Front Desk & Reception Duties:

Greet visitors and provide a welcoming office environment

Answer phones and manage incoming mail and deliveries

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction or purchasing is preferred
- High school diploma required
- Must live within a reasonable commute to 78736
- Strong time management & organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PC applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must love dogs! Our office Golden Retriever roams freely.
