Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management: Handle a substantial volume of documentation, including submittals, closeouts, and waivers, to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

Subcontractor Billing: Oversee subcontractor billing schedules, ensuring timely and accurate payments to all subcontractors involved.

General Office Duties: Perform everyday office tasks such as answering phones and ordering office supplies, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
Job Requirements

Previous Construction Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a construction office with familiarity in industry-specific procedures.
