An Austin-based construction company is seeking an Office Manager to work part time at their office. The ideal candidate will have a blend of accounting and administrative experience, and will have prior experience working for a construction office. This role has the potential to grow into a full time role.


  • Handle bookkeeping duties, such as AR, AP and payroll
  • Work with a heavy flow of documentation, including submittals, closeouts and waivers
  • Manage subcontractor billing schedules
  • Perform basic office duties, such as answering phones and ordering office supplies

Job Requirements

  • Previous construction experience
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
  • Strong phone presence
