Job Description

Do you enjoy keeping workspaces organized and running smoothly? We’re looking for a Campus Facilities Admin to assist with the day-to-day operations of a new co-working space with our client. This part-time, temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team within a company that helps people find and recommend trusted businesses, brands, and charities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and maintain office supplies to keep the workspace fully stocked.
  • Send greeting cards and handle administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage meeting and event space reservations and schedules.
  • Oversee vehicle rentals and transportation needs.
  • Keep the kitchen stocked and organized.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and mail distribution.
  • Assist with the needs of co-working space tenants.
  • Support daily operations of the co-working space as needed.

Job Requirements

 

  • Proficient in MS Office, including SharePoint.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
