Job Description

An Austin owned/operated Chiropractic Practice is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join their team! Ideal candidates for this role have great people skills and are comfortable working with limited supervision. 

 

DUTIES:

- Assisting patients in person and over the phone
- Patient scheduling
- Processing insurance claims and follow up
- Referring clients to physical therapy or imaging
- Process patient payments
- Cleaning office, patient rooms, break room, and bathroom
