Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk

A construction company in Pflugerville is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who can wear multiple hats and has administrative experience in addition to 2-3 years minimum of Accounts Payable. They will be sitting at the front desk (this is an IN OFFICE role) and will be responsible for the following:

• Matching invoices with purchase order and packing slips
• Coding invoices to the appropriate jobs or GL account
• Filing checks and back up
• Reconciliation of vendor statements
• Making collection calls
• Monthly liens
• Answering phones
• Greeting guests
• Other tasks as needed

• Construction experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• 2-5 years AP experience
• Flexible
• Good in a heads down environment
• Keeps busy
• Asks for more work
• Gets along well with others
• Attention to detail (accuracy over speed is very important)
