Job Description
Are you looking for a great part time 16 to 24 hours per week opportunity with a very cool start up? This role could become hybrid once fully trained.
- 80% of this role is accounting and financial operations
- Bank reconciliations
- Expense claims
- Liaise with accounting firm
- Prepare local tax filings
- Set up online banking payments
- Additional responsibilities include:
- Office admin
- Answer phones
- Organize meeting and occasional visitor events
- Track office supplies
- Vendor management
- Payroll
- Process biweekly payroll
- Review timesheets, PTO, and leave balances
- Office admin
Job Requirements
Job qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 or more years experience in accounting
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Self-starter who is comfortable setting up processes in a start-up environment
