You’ll join a company with a rich history in Austin’s real estate market, dating back to the 1970s. While some experience handling property duties as a manager or agent is required, this role offers extensive training to start out before you take on the role for your own.

Duties will include:

-Handling property issues

-Property checks

-Contacting maintenance when needed

-Conducting HOA meeting once fully trained

-Taking minutes at HOA meetings

-More duties will be added as you grow more comfortable with the position.

-Ideally, learn to handle the Accounting for HOA as well: basic accounts payable/ receivable and put together budgets.

Job Requirements

-1+ years experience working as a property manager, apartment manager, or a leasing agent with responsibility for property duties

-Familiarity or experience with basic accounting or budgeting duties

-Basic Microsoft Office, including Outlook

-Familiarity with TOPS is a major plus
