Managing an office for a biosciences company.
Oversee clerical tasks such as sorting and sending mail, inventory for office and kitchen supplies, maintain kitchen equipment, welcome visitors in office, answer phone calls, facilitate package drop offs, ensure the office runs smoothly, and prep office for meetings. Plus other tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years in a fast paced environment with Office Assistant experience. Effective Communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are the keys to success in this role.
