A local organization is seeking a Payment Reconciler who is available through the end of the year. The ideal candidate will have some basic Accounting experience, an intermediate understanding of Excel spreadsheets and a strong attention to detail. Within this role, there will be a high volume of work, so it is critical that candidates have the ability to multitask and communicate clearly. Flexibility to work both independently and as a team is key.
DUTIES:
- Collect and open mail daily
- Enter and reconcile all payments received daily
- Export data records
- Execute macros in Excel
Job Requirements
Requirements:

High school diploma + 1 year of customer service or data entry experience

Strong Excel skills (intermediate level), familiarity with Microsoft Office

Experience with databases (Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus)

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
