As a Model Home Host, you will play a key role in providing a positive experience for visitors and ensuring that our model homes are well-maintained. Your role will include greeting guests, managing communications, and handling various administrative tasks.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer phones and take detailed messages, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members as needed.
• Present yourself in a professional manner both in behavior and dress, reflecting the high standards of the New Home Builder.
• Direct guests to complete comment cards and gather valuable feedback.
• Take notes on guest feedback and relay this information to the sales team to help improve their services.
• Ensure that the model home is opened and closed on time, maintaining a secure and orderly environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to present yourself in a professional manner and adhere to dress codes.
• Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility for opening and closing procedures.
