We are seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom & Data Entry Specialist to join an organization in Georgetown and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Open and process incoming mail, sorting and organizing documents as needed.
- Assist with data entry tasks, including entering information into Excel spreadsheets. Strong knowledge of Excel is required.
- Scan and upload documents into the appropriate systems to ensure proper record-keeping.
- Help create and maintain reports for internal and external use.
- Lift and move boxes of mail as needed, with a maximum weight of 25 lbs.
- Assist other employees with data entry and reporting within the CAMA (Computer Aided Mass Appraisal) system used for mass property appraisal.
Job Requirements
- A bubbly, friendly personality with a strong customer service focus.
- High level of accuracy and an eye for detail in all tasks.
- Strong Excel skills to track and manage data.
- Experience with document scanning and digital record keeping is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion.
- Previous experience with data entry or office administration is helpful but not required.
