We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent for a luxury hotel in beautiful downtown. In this role, you would be responsible for delivering the highest standard of guest service. This role requires strong customer service skills to support our client's guests and uphold the refined standards of their brand.
What You’ll Do:

Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and everything in between, ensuring a smooth and elevated experience

Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests with care and precision

Handle payments and provide accurate billing with a high degree of professionalism

Serve as a local expert, offering personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions

Respond promptly and effectively to guest needs, questions, and concerns

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area at all times

Follow all hotel procedures and brand standards with consistency and attention to detail
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role

Experience with Opera Property Management System (Opera PMS) is a major plus
-
Polished communication skills and professional appearance (business attire required)

A warm, guest-first attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure

Detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking skills

Flexible availability – shifts may include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

(Note: Night Audit shift is covered separately from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM)
