Inside Sales Coordinator

An Austin-based startup is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team. In this role, the employee will gain experience and skills to prepare them for a future in business leadership. They are seeking someone with great tenure in a customer facing role who wants to start a long-term career in an office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a knowledge of how to convert manual filing systems to automated systems
- Make/take an average of 45 calls to targeted clients regularly
- Participate in training, development and meetings geared toward business skills development
- Answer calls to perform demos or assist clients with questions
- Arrange meetings for the installation, training and go-live
- Meet 30-60-90 day performance and KPI requirements both individually and as a team
Job Requirements
- Energetic, great work ethic, team player
- Enjoy helping clients and prospecting
- Excellent communication skills, including good listening skills
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Calendaring
- Degree in Business or Management, or equivalent work experience in a sales-driven customer service, retail or sales environment
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K after 1 year, 2 weeks PTO, 7 personal days. Pay upon hire will increase significantly.
