Bilingual Chiropractic Front Desk Assistant
Job Description
Our client is a small, community-focused chiropractic office dedicated to helping patients live healthier, more active lives. Their team is passionate about wellness, positivity, and creating a friendly environment where everyone feels supported from the moment they walk in. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Assistant to join their team! This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a bubbly personality who enjoys helping others and has a genuine interest in health and wellness. No medical experience is required—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. This is a Part-Time role with varying hours.
What You’ll Do

Greet patients warmly and help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments and keeping patient flow running smoothly.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and support general front-desk communication.

Help patients with check-in/check-out and simple payment processing.

Keep basic patient information organized and accurate (training provided).

Support everyday office tasks like filing, data entry, and light inventory.

Help ensure treatment rooms and the front desk stay clean, tidy, and inviting.
Job Requirements

Previous customer service or front-desk experience.
