Executive Assistant for Non-Profit

A Texas non-profit company that offers a variety of support services to refugees from other countries is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Executive Director. Responsibilities:

• Manage petty cash log
• Maintain calendar as needed
• Edit, print and send grant applications, thank you notes, and tax forms
• Handled preparations for meetings, activities, events and parties
• Proficiency working with Google Suite, especially scheduling client appointments
• Comfort working in situations with an interpreter

• Demonstrates a strong foundation in accounting, administrative and analytical tasks, and organizational support
• High level of English fluency, with superb spoken and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and databases, with the ability to effectively manage and analyze data using spreadsheets
• A dedication to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
• A proactive approach to problem solving
• Experience in healthcare field, non-profit agencies, or social services is a plus
• The ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
