Job Description
A local non-profit is looking for an Executive Assistant
The ideal candidate is an independent thinker, a self-starter
Duties:
The position supports a Non-Profit Management Consultant in matters related to:
1. Data entry CRM and QuickBooks
2. Reporting processes on CRM and QuickBooks system
3. Monitoring the work of others
4. Communication for maintaining effective working relationships with individuals and groups, both internal and external
5. Coordinating and scheduling activities/resources
6. Administrative support practices and procedures to include writing, editing, and report writing techniques, recording meeting notes, record keeping, and records management
7. Preparing and maintaining confidential and sensitive records, files, and reports
8. Office support procedures including proper business telephone etiquette, internal communication strategies, and using basic office equipment
9. Using computers and applicable programs, applications, and systems
10. Shows initiative and action beyond what is required to improve services; is self-starting and completes assignments independently without constant supervision
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Flexible years of experience
-HS grads need 5-6 years of admin/ office experience
-College grads need 1-2 years of office experience
- Experience with CRMs and QuickBooks is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills will be extremely helpful
- Experience with P&L reports
- Accurate and honest Data Entry
- Can work unsupervised
