Direct Hire Human Resources

Seeking a Human Resources professional for a national home builder. This is an IN OFFICE role. 

Primary duties are onboarding, employee retention, and issue resolution. This person will be the first impression for new hires! Must exude professionalism with an upbeat and positive attitude. This is a new role and there is not a road map for this role. Perfect for someone who likes to take charge and make this role their own! 

Will interact at the corporate level and will have direction coming from multiple directions. Ability to handle confidential information is a must. Some travel may be required. 

The ideal person has a minimum of 1-3 years of experience, is open minded, and will thrive in an unstructured environment.
