Job Summary:
We are accepting applications for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Verify the integrity and accuracy of information before entering into systems.

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Assist in generating reports and performing basic data analysis.

Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.

Communicate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues.

Follow data confidentiality and security policies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in data entry

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers) is a plus.
