- Feedback Collection: Report recurring issues or customer feedback to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
- Customer Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers through kickoff calls and user training.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new product features and industry trends to enhance support quality.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in customer service, ideally in a high-touch environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems; basic technical understanding is beneficial.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills; ability to explain concepts clearly.
