Job Position: Temporary Bilingual Remote Survey Caller
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Description: Our client is a consulting organization dedicated to supporting teachers and parents of children in special education.
This role will serve as a primary point of contact for parents participating in a special education survey. This role involves both inbound and outbound communication, providing assistance with survey access, and ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all participants.
Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls from parents regarding the special education survey
-Assist callers with retrieving lost PINs required to access the survey
-Provide support in understanding survey questions, including reading questions aloud when needed
-Conduct outbound follow-up calls (e.G., confirming survey receipt, addressing questions)
-Monitor and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
-Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
-Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and internet navigation
-Ability to handle sensitive conversations with patience and professionalism
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
