Do you have a passion for interacting with the public and creating a welcoming environment? We are seeking enthusiastic Model Home Hosts for several local communities in the Austin area. If you enjoy engaging with visitors and presenting a professional image, this position is perfect for you!
As a Model Home Host, you will play a key role in providing a positive experience for visitors and ensuring that our model homes are well-maintained. Your role will include greeting guests, managing communications, and handling various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phones and take detailed messages, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Present yourself in a professional manner both in behavior and dress, reflecting the high standards of the New Home Builder.
- Direct guests to complete comment cards and gather valuable feedback.
- Take notes on guest feedback and relay this information to the sales team to help improve their services.
- Ensure that the model home is opened and closed on time, maintaining a secure and orderly environment.
Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to present yourself in a professional manner and adhere to dress codes.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility for opening and closing procedures.
