Project Manager - Property Development
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple development and construction projects across various sites in Texas. This role is responsible for coordinating contractors and vendors, ensuring permits are secured, and keeping all projects on track—from electrical upgrades and site conversions to new building construction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Oversee contractors, vendors, and crews, maintaining strong communication and accountability

Ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirements

Serve as the point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams with a professional and customer-focused approach

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership
Ideal Candidate Background:

Experience in construction, real estate, manufactured housing, RV parks, or tiny home communities (any combination considered)

Strong ability to work independently, stay organized, and keep projects moving forward

Confident communicator, able to adapt to working with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders

Flexible and willing to split time between office, job sites, and remote work as needed

Open to travel to sites across Texas
