Construction Administrative Assistant - Dripping Springs

Are you an Administrative Assistant with 3+ years of administrative support experience? Do you pick up new computer software quickly? If so, this Construction Administrative Assistant position may be right for you!

A local construction company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work on-site alongside the Project Manager. This candidate should have worked in an administrative role previously, and should have outstanding time management and organizational skills. The ability to manage many projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment is key. Ideal candidates will have a proactive attitude and laid-back personality.

DUTIES:

• Manage subcontractor schedules, change orders, billings and work orders
• Upload and manage documents using SharePoint
• General administrative duties, including correspondence, filing and inbound/outbound calling
• Work within Excel to manage schedules and other information as needed
• Assist the Project Manager as needed
