What You'll Do:

Create a Welcoming Environment: Greet and assist event attendees with a warm, professional attitude.

Set Up and Break Down: Assist in preparing the event space before it begins and help pack up once it’s over.

Support Event Operations: Help manage check-in areas, direct foot traffic, provide information, and ensure attendees have what they need.

Resolve Issues Promptly: Field questions and troubleshoot minor issues quickly and courteously to keep the event experience positive for all.

Act as a Brand Ambassador: Represent the event and organization with energy, enthusiasm, and reliability.
Job Requirements
Who You Are:

A great communicator with a warm, approachable demeanor

Experienced in customer service, hospitality, or front-facing roles

Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet

Detail-oriented and dependable—especially when it counts!

Available to work weekends and flexible hours based on event schedules

Prior experience working events, trade shows, or conferences is a plus—but not required
