Do you have great Quickbooks skills? Are you looking for a Part Time Bookkeeping position where you can use your accounting skills? If so, this position may be right for you!
An Austin-based Non-Profit is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. They are looking for someone with strong Quickbooks experience who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, an understanding of Accounts Payable, meticulous data entry skills and an ability to cross-reference between coordinating spreadsheets.

Duties:

  • Deposit checks
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Post payroll in ADP
  • Enter invoices and corresponding deposits
