Part Time Bilingual Receptionist
Job Description
Are you looking for temporary employment? Are you fully bilingual in Spanish and English? Our client is looking for a bilingual receptionist for occasional needs. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients, managing incoming calls, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system in both Spanish and English.

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and timely information.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed.

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.

Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
