Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a company that handles property taxes for Travis County.

 Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Handle data entry, process exemptions, and respond to information requests.
• Review and process records and other property ownership documents.
• Research and update ownership and mailing address records.
• Print & scan documents, and maintain organized files.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Operate standard office equipment and assist with other tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate has good tenure, is technologically savvy, and wants a stable position. Tasks can be complex, so the candidate must be able to handle complex questions and have the ability to de-escalate potential high stress situations. 

Must have

• Two years of experience providing Customer Service; both in person and on the phone.
• Accurate Data Entry skills equivalent to typing 40 wpm
• Fully bilingual in Spanish
• Detail oriented, productive, and be able to follow instructions. 
• Responsible, punctual, and self-sufficient.
