Bilingual Chiropractic Office Assistant

Position Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, bilingual people-oriented Office Assistant to join their team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine interest in health and wellness. This is a Part-Time role with varying hours.
What You’ll Do

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient flow throughout the day.

Handle phone calls, emails, and other front-desk communications.

Assist patients with check-in/check-out and payment processing.

Maintain organized and accurate patient records.

Support basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

Help keep treatment rooms and the front office neat and presentable.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.

Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software (training provided).

Previous customer service or front-desk experience preferred but not required.
