Temporary Receptionist
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide front-desk and administrative support during a busy period (February - March 2026). The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and able to create a welcoming environment for visitors while managing routine office tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and ensure a warm, professional first impression

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Manage the front desk, including monitoring the reception area and assisting walk-ins

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Communicate effectively with internal staff and external guests
