Job Description

We are accepting applications for an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our temporary team. The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment, supporting staff needs, managing office resources, and handling administrative duties to keep the business running effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office operations including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed.

  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving office systems, layouts, and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Manage office budgets and expenses; process invoices and purchase orders.

  • Liaise with IT, HR, finance, and other departments to support business operations.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Support onboarding of new hires and coordinate basic HR functions as needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with office software and systems.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
