Office Manager
Job Description
We are accepting applications for an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our temporary team. The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment, supporting staff needs, managing office resources, and handling administrative duties to keep the business running effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee general office operations including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed.

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving office systems, layouts, and procedures.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Manage office budgets and expenses; process invoices and purchase orders.

Liaise with IT, HR, finance, and other departments to support business operations.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Support onboarding of new hires and coordinate basic HR functions as needed.
Job Requirements
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with office software and systems.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
