Job Description
Overview:
We are accepting applications for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our temporary staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Manage the front desk, including keeping reception area tidy and presentable

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Provide general support to staff and management as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional attitude and appearance

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
